I have been working hard on commissioned paintings this month, but I managed to find some time to create some new work, which I am really excited about.
I formed a new series called "Daybreak", which encompasses the first light of the morning - a powerful period where my inspiration runs high and ideas are jolted out in force.

I loved painting this piece - it is a high-energy painting, which I created using both brush and palette knife.
This close-up photograph shows my vast colour palette, which combine the heavy navy and dark blues with the softness of the lighter tones.
This shot incorporates some deeper reds into the piece.
The painting is 152 x 76 cm in size and it comes ready to hang with hooks on the back. You can view this original painting here:
Daybreak 2, A Large Original Diptych Two-Piece Painting
This is a large two-piece (diptych) canvas painting measuring 2 metres wide!
The paintings flow together and can be hung parallel or on adjacent walls, for example on either side of a fireplace or chimney breast.
Here is a close-up photograph showing the detail in one of the pieces.
The painting is 204 x 102 cm in total size (Each piece is 100 x 100 cm) and it comes ready to hang with hooks on the back. You can view this original painting here:
